As an existing Tally License owner you can choose a plan based on your current or planned number of companies, number of users & number of locations to move your Tally license and data on your new Virtual Private Server is made simple. If you are new to Tally, you can choose a basic plan with Tally Rental License or One time License separately.

Yes. You can access your Windows VPS via Remote Desktop with administrator permission. Based on your plan number of users Remote Access Clients provided or you can use web browser.
Yes. You can install any legal software on your Windows VPS server by yourself or by us. You have total control of your Windows VPS server.
The CPU and Memory are dedicated. The bandwidth is shared with other clients in the same host server and rack.
Yes. You can reboot the Windows VPS server and monitor the server status in our SolidCP control panel.
Yes. It is free and only has 5 minutes of downtime. Please submit a sales ticket if you want to do so.
Yes. However, there will be 2-4 hours of downtime. There is a INR1500 one-time fee for the downgrade because of the effort required to resize the image instance file.
Yes. Maximum 8 additional IPs per IRINN justification can be ordered with price INR150/month/IP. Please provide usage for each IP when you order.
We can migrate your Windows VPSs for free if you can provide us with the image file which is compatible to our KVM virtualization platform. If you do not have the image files, Tally Virtually can help you to set up your Tally License, Tally Data and other data from your old providers for free too.
